You are writing to a founder, not a queue. Email for an account, or book half an hour on the open calendar: no deck, bring a report and we will read it with you.

## To get an account

Email us with the name of your store, the system you run on - Shopify, Netvisor, another ERP, or a file you export - and roughly how many products you stock. We reply ourselves, set you up with a person rather than a form, and most stores are live within the week. There is no self-serve signup in early access.

## Sales, support and pricing

Customers and prospects write to the same two addresses. There is no separate support desk; email support is answered on working days, and live calls are there whenever you want one, at no extra cost.

The price for a business of any size is on the pricing page, which works it out in euros in front of you. Above €10M of annual revenue the number is a conversation, so write and we will have it.

## Your data, and deleting it

Questions about what we hold, and requests to delete it, go to the same addresses and are handled as the privacy policy describes: we stop using the data straight away, delete it from our systems within 30 days, tell our hosting provider to do the same, and confirm when it is done.

## Company details

The details of the entity that operates Panlytics, including the address for formal notices, are set out in the agreement you sign, and we send them to anyone who asks, before they commit to anything.
