# No understock. No overstock. No waste.

> Panlytics reads the sales report your store already exports and tells you exactly what to order, how many, when and why. In early access: aayan@panlytics.net.

Understock. Overstock. Waste.

Works with the ERP you already run. Cannot connect one, or would rather not? An Excel export works the same.

## Case study: a supermarket in Finland.

€60,000 saved.

- People come in and cannot buy what they want. What sells fast is not on the shelf, what sells slowly is going out of date, and too much money is tied up in stock.
- The things people come in for are on the shelf, and far less is sitting there that nobody wants. More of the money is in stock that sells.

## Fix the loop.

- Your ERP orders exactly what you tell it to. What you tell it is a prediction, an estimate, or experience that can still be wrong this week.
- Customers come in and buy, and the stock runs down.
- What people came in for is not on the shelf, so they leave without it.
- Meanwhile the slow stock you over-ordered sits there taking up the space.
- It passes its date, nobody buys it, and it goes in the bin.
- So you order again, by hand, on a hunch, with no read on real demand.

## How it works.

1. Connect your ERP or upload your reports.
2. Get your new reordering points instantly.
3. Use the AI to understand in simple words.
4. Export the new reordering points, or let it update your ERP automatically.

## Full Stack Inventory Management System.

- **It draws your numbers..** Where the money sits and what earns it, as charts you can act on.
- **It finds what is wrong..** Two products on one barcode, stock below zero, a case price entered as a piece price.
- **It computes all three lists..** New reorder points, what to order now, and what to delist.
- **It reads your ERP, or your Excel..** It connects to the system you already run. An export reads the same.
- **It plans your deliveries..** Which day each product needs ordering, and which day it lands.
- **It shows you the next period..** Waste, stock value and margin, projected at the new reorder points.

## Ask it anything, in words.

Custom-built enterprise AI, built securely, to help you understand in simple words.

> **You:** Why is my margin down this week?
>
> **Panpilot:** Two of your best-selling cheeses were off the shelf for four days. That alone is €212 of margin you did not make.

## It works with all industries.

Built for: Food and grocery, Motor factors, Steel and pipe, Apparel and footwear, Cocktails, spirits and water, Beer and wine, Protein and supplements, Kitchen utensils, Sports equipment, Clothing, Pharmacy and health, Cosmetics, Pet supplies, Hardware and tools, Garden centres, Stationery, Toys and games, Electronics, Books, Coffee and tea.

## Questions, answered

**Do I need to have an ERP?**

No. If you can tell us what you sold, that is enough. A spreadsheet export works exactly the same as a live connection.

**What ERPs do you support?**

Shopify, Visma Netvisor, Oracle NetSuite, ReFox, Keyloop, Elisa IndustrIQ and MP-Tietosovellukset, which is the vendor behind Matilda.

**Can I use an Excel or a CSV file?**

Yes, either one. Send the export your own system already produces. The one habit to add is sending a fresh one each period, because that is what unlocks the next order.

**Do I need any new hardware?**

No. If your ERP records what you sell, you already have everything you need.

**What do I have to set up?**

Nothing. It reads the sales your own system already records. No new hardware, no migration, no change to how the shop runs.

**How long does it take to get started?**

Two to four days.

**How do I sign up?**

Through a person rather than a form. We are in early access, so every store is set up with us directly.

**How do I book a demo?**

Pick a time that suits you and we will walk through it with your own numbers.

**How do I get in touch?**

Email either founder directly, or use the contact page.

**What happens to my data?**

It stays in your account and we use it for your analysis only. We never pool it with anyone else’s and we never sell it.

**Where are your privacy policy and terms?**

Both are public, and they are the same terms every customer signs.

**How do I pay?**

By card through Stripe, by bank transfer, or however else we agree. Pricing is published in full.

**I am already making money. Why should I care?**

Because the money you are losing does not show up as a loss. It sits on the shelf as stock that will not sell for a year, and it is missing from the till as the thing somebody came in for and could not buy. One supermarket found €60,000 of it in four months without changing anything else.

**How is this different from my wholesaler?**

A wholesaler is measured on what you buy. We are measured on what your customers take home, so we will sometimes tell you to order less.

## Your data is private.

- **We are based in the EU.** So is your data: stored and processed inside the EU, and it does not leave.
- **Your data is encrypted.** In transit on the way to us, and at rest once it is here.
- **The AI is enterprise.** It runs inside the EU, and nothing you send it trains a model.
- **Only your shop sees it.** No other customer, and nobody without your account, can read it.
- **We do everything we can.** We hold no certification yet, and we will say so until we do.

The hosting, the AI and the usage analytics all run inside the EU, and the analytics never receive your sales file. Every supplier is named in the privacy policy.

## The founders.

- **Ari**, Co-founder and CEO. Bought four supermarkets out of bankruptcy. All four are profitable.
- **Aayan**, Co-founder and CTO. Built and scaled the ERP that runs them. Now builds this.
