The price follows annual revenue from a base of €125 a month, reaching €2,500 a month at €10M of annual revenue. Above that there is no published price: contact sales. No setup fee, and nothing is metered. The three cards below are three sizes, not three products: everything is in every one of them and only the price moves. ## The three sizes - **Small enterprise** - €125 – €250 a month (Under €1M annual revenue). For a business just starting out, where ordering needs to stop being a guess. - **Medium enterprise** - €250 – €2,500 a month (€1M – €10M annual revenue). For a business growing fast, where every site needs its own assortment, settings and history. - **Large enterprise** - €10M plus (Over €10M annual revenue). For an established business selling at volume and still growing fast, where the number is worth a conversation. ## In every plan - Order lists every morning - Delist lists with the reason - A reorder point for every product - The order calendar - Unlimited AI ## Unlimited, and not counted - **Products.** Whether you stock six hundred products or sixty thousand, you pay exactly the same. - **Categories.** Every category in the store is included, not just the three you could afford. - **Sites.** Run one shop or a whole chain, and give each site its own settings. - **AI.** Ask Panpilot as many questions as you like, with no credits to run out of. - **Uploads.** Send a new report whenever you want and every figure recalculates. - **History.** Every report you have ever sent us is kept, and stays comparable. - **People.** Put your whole team on it, because we do not sell seats. - **Exports.** Take any list out as a CSV, every day, as many times as you need. ## Know what to order before you order it Panlytics reads the report you already export and hands back the decisions for the day. - **Order lists.** Panlytics tells you which products need ordering today and how many pieces to order, already rounded to your pack size and your supplier's minimum, so you can send it as it is. - **Delist lists.** Panlytics shows you every product that is not paying for the space it takes up, and tells you which of three things is wrong with it: it never sells, it loses money on every unit, or it cannot get through one delivery before it goes out of date. - **Reorder points.** Panlytics sets the level at which each product should trigger an order, based on how quickly your customers actually buy it and how long your supplier takes, and works it out again every time your ERP sends new sales. - **The order calendar.** Panlytics lays your ordering month out day by day, so you can see which orders have to go out this week for the stock to arrive before the shelf runs empty. ## See where the money actually went Panlytics finds the figures your accountant will show you next year, while you can still do something about them. - **Revenue and profit.** Panlytics shows you what every product and every category brought in, and what it actually earned once you take off what you paid for it, sorted so you can see in seconds which products are carrying the store. - **What waste costs you.** Panlytics adds up everything you threw away and what you paid for it, then adds the hours your staff spent handling goods that were only ever going to be thrown away, and the carbon that went with them. - **The sales you never made.** When a product is out of stock the customer does not wait, and Panlytics tells you what each empty shelf cost you in sales that walked out of the door and margin that walked out with them. - **Cash sitting on your shelves.** Panlytics tells you what your stock is worth today, how many days it takes to sell through and pay for itself, and how much of it you could take out without ever losing a sale. ## Catch the problems before they cost you Panlytics runs twelve checks over every row of every report, and has the answers waiting when you log in. - **Twelve automatic checks.** Panlytics flags products that ran out while they were still selling, products that sell but have no reorder point so nothing ever triggers an order, stock counts that say zero while your sales figures say otherwise, goods that were bought and thrown away without ever selling, products you sell at a loss, two products sharing one barcode, and stock counts below zero. - **Straight to the row.** Every finding links to the product and the exact column in your own data, so you can see what we saw and correct it in one click. ## Ask it anything, as often as you like Panpilot reads your live numbers and answers you in plain language. - **Unlimited AI.** Ask why your margin is down this week and Panpilot answers with the products by name, the euros involved and the change to make. There are no credits, no charge per message and no limit on how often you ask. ## Run every site your own way Nothing here is an add-on, and nothing here is counted. - **Nothing is metered.** Add as many products, categories, sites, team members and reports as you want, because we do not charge per seat, per product or per upload, and there is no higher plan to be upgraded to. - **Your assumptions, not ours.** You set how often you order, how long delivery takes, what you are aiming at for stock turn and return, and what an hour of staff time costs, and you can change any of it per site. - **Live in a day.** Panlytics connects to Shopify, Netvisor or whatever you already run on, finds your columns, cleans the data, shows you every correction it made, and has you running the same day.
