who we are
About Panlytics.
Panlytics is retail ordering software for independent stores. It reads the sales a store's own systems already record and answers the question that decides tomorrow morning: what to order, how many, and when.
What Panlytics is
A store connects Shopify, Netvisor or another ERP, or uploads the report it exports, and Panlytics reads the sales that system already records. Back come three lists that change what happens next: which reorder points are wrong and what they should be, what to order right now in the quantities the supplier actually ships, and what to delist because it cannot sell through before it goes out of date.
Everything else on the dashboard exists to explain those three lists: where the margin went, what waste cost in euros and in CO2, how much cash is standing on the shelves, and what the store would have made if nothing had been lost. Panpilot, the assistant built into the product, answers questions about the live figures in plain words, as often as you like.
The order itself can go straight back into the system the store already uses, so nobody has to type it in again.
Who it is for
Independent retailers and small chains that keep stock on a shelf and have to decide how much of it to buy. Food and grocery first, because that is where the founders come from, and then motor factors, steel and pipe, apparel and footwear, pharmacies, pet supplies, hardware, garden centres and the rest of the long tail. The product reads the same few figures off every product - what sold, how long the shelf stood empty, what the stock is worth, how long the supplier takes - so it never needs to know what the product is.
It is not a point-of-sale system, not an accounting package and not a wholesaler. It sits beside the systems a store already runs, reads from them, and hands back decisions.
Who builds it
Ari, co-founder and CEO, has bought four bankrupt supermarkets and turned every one of them to profit, by fixing the ordering store by store and year by year. Panlytics is that method written into software.
Aayan, co-founder and CTO, built and scaled the ERP that runs those stores, and builds everything you see here. The two met on the same problem from two sides; the mission page is their letter about why it matters.
Where things stand
Panlytics is in early access. There is no self-serve signup, by design: every store is set up with a person, by email, and is usually live within the week. One customer's own result - €60,000 of margin found in a single year, with nothing else about the shop changed - is the figure on the front page, and every other figure there comes from one real store's cheese category and says so.
Pricing is published in full. It starts at €125 a month, is priced on annual revenue, and nothing in it is metered: products, categories, sites, people, uploads and Panpilot are all unlimited. The terms of service and the privacy policy are public, and they are the same terms every customer signs.
Where it runs, and who operates it
The product is hosted inside the EU, and that is where customer sales data, accounts and uploaded files live - the app, the database and the file store all in the one region. The AI and the usage analytics run inside the EU as well; the privacy policy names every supplier, says exactly what the analytics stream carries, and how to decline it.
The details of the entity that operates Panlytics are set out in the agreement a customer signs, and are sent to anyone who asks.
How to reach us
Email a founder, or book half an hour on the open calendar - it needs no account. You are writing to a founder, not a queue.
